Owner description
George House is located outside the town of Nea Fokea on the Kassandra peninsula, 3km from the town center, marina, shops, restaurants, and 1.1km from the beach.
This ground floor house can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining table, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, there is no TV. Guests have access to free WiFi, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove with four burners, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower without a curtain.
On warm summer days, guests can enjoy the view of the garden from the furnished veranda.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
