Our description
The Garden Apartments is a quality accommodation in a quiet location in Nea Kallikratia. It has four units, suitable for 2-3 persons. Behind the building is a children's corner on a landscaped lawn, which makes it excellent for families with children.
Accommodation is located 300m from the center and around 500m from the beach. The nearest market and bakery are at around 100m.
The Garden Apartments consists of four studios, with 18-20m2 of living area. Two studios are on the front side (with a street view) and can accommodate two persons, while the other two studios have the entrance from the back (with a garden view) and their capacity is three persons.
All accommodation units have A/C, internet, TV, hairdryer and fenced verandas. In the kitchen there is a small fridge and two stoves. In the bathroom, there's shower with curtain and mosquito nets are only on the bathroom windows. If somebody wants (portable) grill, can ask the owner.
Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is done after three days.
Private parking is not available, but guests can park their vehicles nearby.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
