The Garden Apartments is a quality accommodation in a quiet location in Nea Kallikratia. It has four units, suitable for 2-3 persons. Behind the building is a children’s corner on a landscaped lawn, which makes it excellent for families with children. Accommodation is located 300m from the center and around 500m from the beach. The nearest market and bakery are at around 100m.
The Garden Apartments consists of four studios and one caravan. Two studios are located at the front side of the property (facing the street) and can accommodate two adults, while the remaining two studios have entrances from the back side (facing the courtyard) and can accommodate three adults.
The caravan is located in the backyard. It can accommodate up to two adults and two children. It consists of a sleeping area and a bathroom, while the kitchen is located outside, on the veranda. It features one double bed and two single beds.
A baby cot is available for guests staying in the studios, upon request and included in the price.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature internet access, TV, a hairdryer, an iron, and a private veranda. The studios have standard kitchens equipped with two hot plates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, and a toaster. The caravan has an outdoor kitchen located on the veranda. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with a small oven and three hot plates, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a toaster.
If guests would like to use a portable barbecue, they can contact the owners.
Cleaning, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is carried out every three days.
Private parking is not provided, but guests can park nearby.
