Blue Sea Apartment is located at the very beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, in the vicinity of one of the closest resorts to Thessaloniki, in Nea Kallikratia, just 100m from a wide and long sandy beach with gradual depth and a shallow area for children.

The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building without an elevator, and it is designed to accommodate up to six adults and one child. It includes a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a sofa bed for two adults and one child.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV in one of the bedrooms, a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, and a kitchen equipped for preparing light meals, including an induction hob with two burners, a large fridge with a freezer, and a toaster.

Excellent accommodation, comfortable and well-kept. Near the city beach, which is... well, not exactly remarkable. For guests arriving by car, parking is a challenge.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
