Blue Sea Apartment is located at the very beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, in the vicinity of one of the closest resorts to Thessaloniki, in Nea Kallikratia, just 100m from a wide and long sandy beach with gradual depth and a shallow area for children.

The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building without an elevator, and it is designed to accommodate up to six adults and one child. It includes a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a sofa bed for two adults and one child.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV in one of the bedrooms, a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, and a kitchen equipped for preparing light meals, including an induction hob with two burners, a large fridge with a freezer, and a toaster.

Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the town from the furnished balcony.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The cleaning of the accommodation during the stay is done by the guests themselves, the bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days, for reservations of 10 nights and longer. Guests receive a clean set, which they change independently. The accommodation cleaning service is available to the guests, with an additional charge, and they agree on this with the person in charge of the accommodation, upon arrival.

Parking is not provided for guests of this apartment, but there is always available street parking nearby.

Excellent accommodation, comfortable and well-kept. Near the city beach, which is... well, not exactly remarkable. For guests arriving by car, parking is a challenge.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
