Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Sweet Friendly Home is located about 100m from the sea in the very center of Nea Kalikratia.
The apartment has two bedrooms and can host up to five people. It has air conditioning, washing machine and internet. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a double bed in the bedroom, while there are two pull-out beds in the kitchen area. The apartment has a washing machine.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during the stay, and an additional set of bed linen and towels is provided and guests can only change them constantly.
A parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation on the ground floor of the building.
