Blue Waves Apartments is located at the very beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, near one of the closest resorts to Thessaloniki, Nea Kalikratia, just 450m from the sandy beach. The property is fully equipped, with all the amenities that guarantee a high level of comfort, making it perfect for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

There are two apartments available, situated on the first and second floor, which can accommodate up to six adults. They consist of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and three bedrooms, each with a double bed.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

The air-conditioned apartments feature a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four hot plates and a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine.

From the balcony, furnished with a seating area, guests can enjoy views of the surroundings and the courtyard. In the landscaped garden, guests can delight in preparing barbecues with family and friends.

Pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation upon request and at no extra charge.

Private parking is provided for guests.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done every five days. Cleaning service is also available for an additional fee.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
