Waveside Exclusive By Infinity Apartment is located right on the beach, in the town of Nea Kalikratia, at the beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, near one of the most famous resorts of Thessaloniki. This modernly equipped accommodation combines comfort and luxury, offering guests a wonderful sea view and everything necessary for an unforgettable stay.
Apartment is situated on the second floor of the building and can accommodate up to six adults. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
The air-conditioned accommodation includes a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen with two hot plates, a large fridge with a freezer, and a kettle.
From the balcony, furnished with seating, there is a direct view of the sea.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
There is no private parking available, but free parking can be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where the accommodation is located.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every five days. Cleaning service is available at an additional cost.

The apartment looks luxurious in the photos at first glance, but in person it looks a bit different. There are a few things missing, for example deep plates. If the wind blows on the terrace, you cannot sit there because of the strong draft. The price is a bit high for the quality. The bed is quite uncomfortable. The only advantage is that it is across from the beach. The host is very kind and also provided a parking space on the street, since there is no private parking.

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and, unfortunately, our experience was nowhere near what we expected for a price of €240 per night. First, I would like to point out one very important thing – the owner is extremely kind, approachable, and communication with him throughout the entire stay was excellent. He responded to all our messages quickly and properly, and for that reason there are no complaints about his attitude toward guests. However, when it comes to the apartment itself, the price-to-quality ratio is hugely imbalanced. Upon arrival, we found a dirty bathroom, a toilet brush full of dirt, and a broken brush holder. The terrace was covered in bird droppings, with old doors and other waste left on the side, and the drain was clogged. The handle on the bedroom door had fallen off, the table on the terrace was falling apart because of missing screws, the mosquito nets were torn or defective, the towels had an unpleasant smell, the bedding was stained and worn, and the kitchen was very modestly equipped. An additional problem is that the apartment is located on the top floor under a flat roof. During the day it gets so hot that in the evening it is almost impossible to stay without the air conditioning running continuously. In addition to all of the above, there are several cafés and bars on the ground floor of the same building, from which very loud music and guest noise can be heard almost every night, often until 3 or 4 in the morning. Because of this, the quality of sleep was very poor, which is completely unacceptable for accommodation in this price range. Future guests should be informed of this in advance. The internet was extremely poor (around 1 Mbit/s), so much so that it was often impossible to send even a simple email over the Wi-Fi network. It is clear that some of the furniture is newer and that the apartment has potential, but it is obvious that not enough attention is paid to maintenance and hygiene. The only serious advantage of this accommodation is its excellent location. If the price had been significantly lower, we might have been able to accept many of these shortcomings. However, for €240 per night, a high standard of cleanliness, maintenance, equipment, and comfort is expected. Unfortunately, this apartment does not currently meet that standard. I hope the owner will seriously work on maintaining the property, because with better care this accommodation could be much better. In its current state, however, I cannot recommend it, primarily because of the very poor price-to-quality ratio.
