Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Dream Sea Apartment, located in a quieter area of Nea Kallikratia, is an ideal choice for families or friends seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay near the sea. Just 200 meters from the beach in front of the accommodation and 500 meters from the popular city beach, this apartment offers a unique combination of tranquility and easy access to all essential amenities this popular resort has to offer.
Situated on the third floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment provides a comfortable stay for up to five adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room features a sofa bed for two people and a single sofa, while the bedroom has a double bed.
This accommodation offers air conditioning in the living room, free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four ceramic burners, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a toaster.
