The apartment comfortably accommodates up to five adults on the third floor of a building without an elevator. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room features a sofa bed for two persons and a single sofa, while the bedroom has a double bed.

This accommodation provides air conditioning in the living room, free WiFi, a TV, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four ceramic burners, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, and a toaster.

The spacious balcony, accessible from both the living room and bedroom, is furnished with seating arrangements, offering a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air with a view of the peaceful courtyard.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
