Stankovic D3 Apartment is located in the seaside town of Nea Kalikratia, close to Thessaloniki, in Halkidiki. Located in the central part, near the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants, it is an ideal choice for relaxing and enjoying the sea climate and pleasant atmosphere. The nearest beach is 350 meters from the accommodation.
This apartment, located on the third floor of a residential building with an elevator, can accommodate a maximum of four adults. It has a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.
On request and within the price, a baby cot is also available.
In this air-conditioned facility, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as a kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

For stays longer than six nights, the cleaning of the apartment, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay. A cleaning service is available upon request and for an additional fee.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but a free parking space can be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street.
