The pleasantly furnished and functional accommodation provides everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay, whether you are traveling with friends or family.

The property offers two comfortable apartments, both located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, making your stay even more convenient. One apartment accommodates up to five adults and one child and consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom features two single beds joined together, the living room includes a sofa bed for two people, while the kitchen has an additional sofa suitable for one person, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a child.

The second apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to five adults. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two separate single beds. The living room includes a sofa suitable for one person, providing ample space for families and small groups.

Both apartments are fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Each apartment features air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. The functional kitchens allow for easy meal preparation and are equipped with two cooking hobs, a full-size oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The one-bedroom apartment also includes a microwave oven.

Each apartment has a private balcony furnished with outdoor seating, making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, a light breakfast, or to unwind after a day at the beach. This pleasant outdoor space offers guests an additional area for relaxation and enjoyment during warm summer evenings.

Pets are welcome upon request and free of charge.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment. Linen and towel changes are not included in the service, while housekeeping, as well as linen and towel replacement, can be arranged for an additional fee.

Private parking is not available. Guests may park their vehicles on the nearby street or in a public parking area close to the property.

Nea Kallikratia is one of the most popular seaside resorts on the western side of Halkidiki, known for its long sandy beach, lively promenade, and relaxed summer atmosphere that combines local charm with tourist facilities. Thanks to its excellent location, it is also an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area and the rest of Halkidiki. Thessaloniki is 38 km away, while Thessaloniki International Airport is only 25 km from the resort, ensuring convenient arrival and departure. Nea Moudania is located 21 km away, Polygyros is 33 km away, while the popular resorts of Kallithea and Pefkohori are 42 km and 60 km away respectively, making the entire region easily accessible for day trips.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
