Aelia Apartments is located in an excellent location in Nea Kallikratia, one of the most visited resorts on the western coast of Halkidiki, known for its long sandy beaches, crystal-clear sea, and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a summer holiday. The property is situated only about 270 m from the sandy beach, allowing guests to reach the sea quickly and easily. Numerous restaurants, tavernas, cafés, shops, and other amenities are located in the immediate vicinity, making the stay comfortable and convenient. Thanks to its excellent location and proximity to the beach, Aelia Apartments is an excellent choice for couples, families, and all guests looking for a relaxing and carefree holiday.

The property offers three spacious apartments, all located on the first floor of a residential building without an elevator.

One apartment can accommodate up to five adults. It consists of a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, while the other bedroom features bunk beds.

The second apartment can also accommodate up to five adults and consists of a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, while the other bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

The third and largest apartment can accommodate up to eight adults. It consists of a kitchen with a dining area, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, while the third bedroom features two single beds and a sofa suitable for two persons.

A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned. The air conditioning units are installed in selected bedrooms, while some bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Guests also have access to free WiFi, a TV, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with three burners and a small oven in two apartments, while the third apartment features a stove with four burners and a large oven. All kitchens are also equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, and a toaster.

Guests can relax on the balconies, which are furnished with outdoor seating, and enjoy the surrounding views, while some apartments also offer a side sea view.

Small pets are allowed upon request and free of charge.

Guests are responsible for cleaning their accommodation unit during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every six days for stays of 15 nights or more, while this service is not provided for shorter stays.

One parking space per apartment is provided within the property.

Aelia Apartments is located approximately 19 km from the popular resort of Nea Flogita, known for its long sandy beach and lively promenade. Nea Moudania, the administrative and commercial center of the western coast of Halkidiki, is about 25 km away. The city of Thessaloniki, the second-largest city in Greece, renowned for its rich history, numerous landmarks, and excellent gastronomic scene, is located approximately 45 km from the property. Thessaloniki Macedonia International Airport is approximately 32 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
