Aelia Apartments is located in an excellent location in Nea Kallikratia, one of the most visited resorts on the western coast of Halkidiki, known for its long sandy beaches, crystal-clear sea, and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a summer holiday. The property is situated only about 270 m from the sandy beach, allowing guests to reach the sea quickly and easily. Numerous restaurants, tavernas, cafés, shops, and other amenities are located in the immediate vicinity, making the stay comfortable and convenient. Thanks to its excellent location and proximity to the beach, Aelia Apartments is an excellent choice for couples, families, and all guests looking for a relaxing and carefree holiday.

The property offers three spacious apartments, all located on the first floor of a residential building without an elevator.

One apartment can accommodate up to five adults. It consists of a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, while the other bedroom features bunk beds.

The second apartment can also accommodate up to five adults and consists of a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, while the other bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

The third and largest apartment can accommodate up to eight adults. It consists of a kitchen with a dining area, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, while the third bedroom features two single beds and a sofa suitable for two persons.

A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned. The air conditioning units are installed in selected bedrooms, while some bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Guests also have access to free WiFi, a TV, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with three burners and a small oven in two apartments, while the third apartment features a stove with four burners and a large oven. All kitchens are also equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, and a toaster.

Guests can relax on the balconies, which are furnished with outdoor seating, and enjoy the surrounding views, while some apartments also offer a side sea view.

Small pets are allowed upon request and free of charge.

Guests are responsible for cleaning their accommodation unit during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every six days for stays of 15 nights or more, while this service is not provided for shorter stays.

One parking space per apartment is provided within the property.

Aelia Apartments is located approximately 19 km from the popular resort of Nea Flogita, known for its long sandy beach and lively promenade. Nea Moudania, the administrative and commercial center of the western coast of Halkidiki, is about 25 km away. The city of Thessaloniki, the second-largest city in Greece, renowned for its rich history, numerous landmarks, and excellent gastronomic scene, is located approximately 45 km from the property. Thessaloniki Macedonia International Airport is approximately 32 km away.

I will write a detailed review in the hope that no one will ever be deceived again and go to this accommodation. The owners welcomed us and immediately asked for the rest of the money at the door; they were in a hurry. We were tired from an all-night trip and from walking for 4 hours in over 30-degree heat to check-in, with two small children. So we did not go through the accommodation to look at it, and the floor was wet, so we immediately gave the money and made a big mistake there. Hygiene zero. Everything was dusty, shelves, kitchen, cutlery, cobwebs on the walls. The Wi-Fi router was white from dust. And that floor was wiped with a filthy mop, so we bought a new one to maintain hygiene during the stay. The furniture is old, like from a dump. The bathroom fixtures are full of limescale, everything is old and poorly maintained. The towels they left us, one dirty and the other torn. Out of four chairs, two are broken, the third is wobbly, one is intact. Wi-Fi never worked. We also bought an eSIM, but it did not work in that apartment either because no network could be picked up. Outside, it worked perfectly. It is listed as a two-room apartment, but that second room is actually a partitioned kitchen into which they crammed a bunk bed and an old dusty wardrobe. The shower tub is small and damaged, full of limescale. During our stay we contacted them only once to ask for a new set of towels, at least because of the children, but they did not respond. We tried not to let all this ruin our vacation, but every moment spent in the accommodation was pure torture. I also photographed and recorded everything mentioned.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
