Lena’s Family Home is a cozy and spacious apartment located in the highly sought-after seaside resort of Nea Kallikratia, Chalkidiki. Situated 970 m from the beach and 750 m from the town center, it is an ideal choice for a larger family or a group of friends looking for an unforgettable holiday, remembered for stunning sunsets that can be enjoyed from the balcony.

The apartment entrance is on the elevated ground floor, accessible via seven steps, while the balcony is at the level of the first floor due to the property’s hillside location. Accommodating up to seven adults, the apartment consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a fold-out armchair. The living room includes a sofa bed suitable for two adults.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon prior request at the time of booking.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning units installed in the living room and both bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the hottest summer days. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen smart TV, while complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, allowing guests to stay connected at all times. The kitchen is suitable for preparing meals and features a built-in cooktop with four ceramic hobs, a full-size oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Guests also have access to a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a hairdryer during their stay.

The outdoor area includes a spacious balcony, accessible from both the living room and one of the bedrooms, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. Cleaning service is not provided, so guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay. A fresh set of bed linen and towels is provided only for stays longer than eight nights, and guests are expected to replace them themselves. Additional linen and towels are not provided for shorter stays.

Two private parking spaces are available for guests, ensuring convenience and peace of mind for those arriving by car.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
