The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator and is intended for up to five adults. The interior includes a living room connected to the kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, making it suitable for families or smaller groups who need a functional apartment for a summer stay. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, and a pull‑out bed, while an additional sleeping place is available in the living room on the sofa.

The apartment is modernly decorated and equipped with amenities that allow guests a pleasant and practical stay during their vacation. Air conditioning is located in the living room, while a fan is available in the bedroom, contributing to a more comfortable temperature during warmer days. Guests have access to WiFi internet, two Smart TVs with an MTS Sat TV package, a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board, and a hairdryer. The kitchen area is equipped with a stove with two burners, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher, providing good conditions for meal preparation and practical use during the stay.

The apartment has a spacious balcony that provides guests with additional space for outdoor living. The balcony is well-suited for more relaxed use in summer, especially when guests want a break from staying indoors. The view from the apartment faces the town’s surroundings.

Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Regular cleaning during the stay is organized by the guests themselves, according to their needs. The apartment is prepared with a basic set of bed linen and towels, and there is also one spare set available for guests to use during their vacation. Additional cleaning, as well as extra sets of bed linen and towels, can be provided upon request and at an additional charge.

Private parking is not provided. Guests arriving with their own vehicle can park in public spaces along the street, depending on availability in the area.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 25% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
