Velmare Villa is located just outside Nea Kallikratia, 1.8 kilometers from the town center and 400 meters from the beach. Velmare Villa offers two apartments with identical layouts and amenities, both situated on the ground floor of the same house. Each apartment accommodates up to six adults; the functional layout provides ample space for a comfortable shared holiday while ensuring privacy through two separate bedrooms. The living room connects to the kitchen, serving as a central hub for socializing, and the unit also includes a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other contains a double bed and a bunk bed. This configuration makes the apartments particularly suitable for families with children and groups traveling together.

A baby cot can be provided upon request at no extra charge, simplifying travel arrangements for parents and ensuring a more convenient stay with small children.

Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV with local channels, ensuring guests have a comfortable setting for rest and leisure. The kitchen features a built-in glass-ceramic cooktop with two zones and a large oven, making it suitable for preparing a variety of meals. A large fridge-freezer offers ample storage space for groceries, and guests also have access to a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Added conveniences include a hairdryer in every apartment and a shared washing machine located in the courtyard.

Each apartment has its own private veranda, providing a pleasant space for morning coffee, shared meals, and outdoor relaxation. The verandas are equipped with summer kitchens featuring a two-burner gas stove, allowing guests to prepare meals outdoors. The landscaped, fenced courtyard, featuring greenery and shaded areas, is furnished with seating sets and sun loungers, while barbecue facilities further enhance the summer atmosphere and social experience. An outdoor shower is also available in the courtyard, which is convenient for rinsing off after returning from the beach.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival; guests are responsible for keeping the apartment clean during their stay. Cleaning services and the changing of bed linen and towels are not included for stays of up to seven nights. For longer stays, the hosts provide a one-time apartment cleaning service and a change of bed linen and towels.

Guests arriving by car have access to two parking spaces in the property’s courtyard, though parked vehicles take up some of the outdoor leisure area. Parking is also available along the quieter street directly in front of the building, where spaces are generally easy to find.

Nea Kallikratia is a well-developed seaside resort on the west coast of Halkidiki, offering guests a great combination of a beach holiday, diverse amenities, and proximity to Thessaloniki. Its spacious sandy beach, featuring a gradual entry into the water, is ideal for families with children, while the nearby beaches of Sahara, Mykoniatika, and Vergia are also worth visiting. The accommodation is located 34 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
