Sakis Holiday Apartment is located in the picturesque town of Nea Moudania and represents the cultural, financial, and commercial center of the Halkidiki region and the Kassandra peninsula. The accommodation is 900m away from the nearest beach and beach bar, and 2km from the city center which features a marina, a long sandy beach, a large number of cafes and restaurants, well-maintained parks, a paved promenade and various shops.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate up to six people. It consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds each.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

In this air-conditioned apartment, with an independent cooling unit in the living room and bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, iron, ironing board and a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove, a large oven, and a big refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom features a bathtub.

On warm summer days, guests can relax on the balcony furnished with seating set. The living room and two bedrooms have access to the balcony.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is provided for guests, who are responsible for changing them.

Parking is available for guests of the accommodation, and free parking can be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

The minimum stay is seven nights.
It is mandatory to pay a guarantee deposit in the amount of €50 per reservation, for 3 Bedroom Apartment which will be charged for any damage caused during the stay, otherwise it will be returned to the guests.
