Akis Villa is located in Nea Potidea, just 30 meters from the beach, making it an excellent choice for guests who wish to stay close to the sea. Thanks to its exceptional location, the beach, restaurants, cafés, and shops are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The accommodation is neat, comfortable, and modernly equipped, providing guests with everything needed for a pleasant and carefree summer holiday. The accommodation units are functionally designed, with carefully selected details that create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Nea Potidea is known as the first resort of the Kassandra peninsula and represents an ideal starting point for exploring the entire Halkidiki region. The resort is characterized by its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and an excellent combination of traditional Greek charm and modern tourist facilities.

The property offers triple studios and five-bed apartments. The triple studios are located on the second or third floor and are intended for a maximum of three adults. They consist of a sleeping area, a bathroom, and a kitchen located on the balcony. The studios on the second floor feature a double bed and a single bed, while the studios on the third floor are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person.

The apartments can accommodate up to four adults and one child up to 12 years old. They are equipped with one double bed that is narrower than the standard size and three single beds. Two five-bed apartments located on the second floor consist of a living room, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen situated on the balcony, while the two apartments on the first floor consist of a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen also located on the balcony.

A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a safety deposit box, satellite TV, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen located on the terrace and equipped with two cooking rings, a microwave oven, and an electric kettle, while a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment is located inside the accommodation unit.

Each accommodation unit has a private balcony furnished with outdoor seating, ideal for relaxing while enjoying a beautiful sea or courtyard view. The courtyard is fenced, and guests can also spend their time there using the available outdoor seating areas.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation, while bed linen is changed halfway through the stay. Towels are not provided.

Private parking is not available, but free parking spaces can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where the property is located.

The villa itself is located in the first row by the beach, you only need to cross the promenade and you are on the beach. Right next to the apartments there is a shop. It also has an exit to the street on the other side and a nice yard facing the street. And that is pretty much where the positive sides of this accommodation end. We have been vacationing in Greece for years, but this is the first time we have entered such a dirty apartment that I had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean it myself. Everything was dirty and greasy. Although it is obvious that someone came up with the apartment design nicely in principle, it feels like they stopped halfway and gave up, the bathrooms are neglected, the closets do not have a single shelf, and apart from the things on hangers, they probably think the rest should be put on the floor because there is not a single shelf in the closet. The little kitchen, conveniently placed outside, has no hot water, and everything is very dirty. It is clearly stated that they do not provide towels, and I can even understand that, but for a not small price I believe it is impossible that there is no toilet paper in the apartment, not a trace of dishwashing detergent, and that nobody cleans, and that you change the bedding yourself as well. All that for a not at all small price in a place with very modest tourist offerings. Also, people taking apartments facing the yard should know that their 'terraces', where the kitchens are, are completely open to the staircase, so practically anyone can walk in... if they want to. For the same or less money, if booked in time, you can get a much nicer apartment, and let that be only my opinion, but I do not go to the sea to clean other people's apartments and pay for it at the same time.

Akis Vila is located in the first row by the beach. The accommodation is nicely designed, but cleanliness should be improved. The Wi-Fi signal range was very weak and we could only get it in one spot in the room, just enough time to focus on each other instead of looking at our phones. The beach is very beautiful and clean, there are enough beach bars as well as free space for your equipment. The beach also has an electronic ramp for people with disabilities. As for the dishes and everything needed for a ten-day vacation, it has everything you need. Everything was great for me and, despite the shortcomings, I am very satisfied.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
