Akis Villa is located in Nea Potidea, just 30 meters from the beach, making it an excellent choice for guests who wish to stay close to the sea. Thanks to its exceptional location, the beach, restaurants, cafés, and shops are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The accommodation is neat, comfortable, and modernly equipped, providing guests with everything needed for a pleasant and carefree summer holiday. The accommodation units are functionally designed, with carefully selected details that create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Nea Potidea is known as the first resort of the Kassandra peninsula and represents an ideal starting point for exploring the entire Halkidiki region. The resort is characterized by its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and an excellent combination of traditional Greek charm and modern tourist facilities.

The property offers triple studios and five-bed apartments. The triple studios are located on the second or third floor and are intended for a maximum of three adults. They consist of a sleeping area, a bathroom, and a kitchen located on the balcony. The studios on the second floor feature a double bed and a single bed, while the studios on the third floor are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for one person.

The apartments can accommodate up to four adults and one child up to 12 years old. They feature two double beds narrower than standard size and two single beds. Two five-bed apartments located on the second floor consist of a living room, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen situated on the balcony, while the two apartments on the first floor consist of a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen also located on the balcony.

A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a safety deposit box, satellite TV, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen located on the terrace and equipped with two cooking rings, a microwave oven, and an electric kettle, while a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment is located inside the accommodation unit.

Each accommodation unit has a private balcony furnished with outdoor seating, ideal for relaxing while enjoying a beautiful sea or courtyard view. The courtyard is fenced and guests can also spend their time there using the available outdoor seating areas.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation, ensuring a high level of hygiene and creating an allergen-free environment, which contributes to a more pleasant stay for all guests.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation unit, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Upon arrival at the accommodation, it is mandatory to pay a fee of 2€ per day of stay.
The minimum stay is ten nights.
