Cozy Beach House is at a distance of 3.1 km from Nea Potidea, and 3.5 km from Agios Mamas Beach, while the nearest beach is 650m away.
Within this accommodation, which can accommodate a maximum of eight people, there are two bedrooms with one double bed each, a living room with a sofa for two people, an open gallery in the attic with two beds for one person, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hotplates, large oven, fridge with a freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer and iron.
There is a TV and air conditioning in the living room, while there is a fan in the attic.
WiFi is not available to guests.
Your stay will be made more pleasant by the evenings spent on the terrace or the swing under the tree canopy.
This accommodation will also accommodate your pets for free.
The cleaning of the accommodation, during the stay, is done by the guests themselves and they have to pay the cleaning fee of 100€ per reservation before leaving the accommodation. Bed linen and towels are changed every seven days.
Guests are provided with two parking spaces within the fenced yard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
