For reservations for period from 01.03.2026 to 31.05.2026, for stays of 15 nights and more, discount of 15 % of total reservation is allowed.
For reservations for period from 01.06.2026 to 14.09.2026, for stays of 15 nights and more, discount of 5 % of total reservation is allowed.
For reservations for period from 01.06.2026 to 14.09.2026, for stays of 30 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

The minimum number of nights is four in April, May and June.
The minimum number of nights for booking in June, July, August and until mid-September is six.
