Description
At the beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, 1.6km away from the small village of Nea Potidea, you will find Cozy Cliff House in a very tranquil location, just 300m from the sea. Restaurants, shops, bakeries and other beautiful beaches are a 5-10 minute drive away.
The nearest markets and bakeries are approximately 1.5km away.
This family two-storey house is designed to accommodate up to five adults and one child. The house consists of a living room with a kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed each, while the children's bedroom has a smaller single bed and a sofa. A crib is also available.
Guests have access to air conditioning units and fans in all rooms, free WiFi, TV, washing machine, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, a kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a filter coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower without a tub, with a glass panel. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation, as well as changing towels and bed linen, with an extra set provided. Cleaning service can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
The balcony offers a view of the sea in the distance, and guests can also enjoy the view of the yard from the veranda, equipped with a seating set. The yard is fenced and well-maintained, where guests can barbecue with family and friends. There are toys for children in the yard, as well as plenty of space to play.
Private parking is available in front of the accommodation entrance for guests.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing the EKO gas station, exit the highway at the sign for the side road to Nea Potidea, cross the overpass, and turn left. After 300m, turn right (lower asphalt road) and follow the road for the next 450m until turning right towards the house complex. Cozy Cliff House is the third house on the right side, when viewed from the entrance.
This elegantly decorated house is ideal for families with young children as it offers privacy, the opportunity to spend warm days in a beautifully landscaped yard that is safe for children to play in, and the beach in close proximity is an additional convenience.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Dobar dan, zanima me dostupnost ovog objekta krajem Juna i koja je cena za 4 odrasla, troje dece (2,6,9 godina) ? Mi smo fleksibilni sa terminom dolaska ali zbog male dce najvise bi nam odgovaralo krajem Juna ili pocetak Jula. Hvala i svako dobro.
