Owner description
Kalelia Apartments is situated outside of the small seaside resort of Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra Peninsula, recommended for families with small children and couples in need of a peaceful retreat, located 270m from the beach.
There are three apartments available, located on the ground floor (a few steps above ground level) and can accommodate up to four people. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds.
Upon request, a children's crib is available at no extra charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer (upon request), and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two or four burners and a large oven (in apartment N1), a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower tray without a curtain.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with panoramic views of the sea and the garden from the furnished veranda with seating.
Guests can enjoy the beautifully decorated and maintained garden of 6000 m2, with lots of greenery and olive trees that provide natural shade.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. For reservations of ten nights or more, bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.
Parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
