Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

FK Villa is located near the village of Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. Situated in a peaceful area, away from the crowds and noise, it is ideal for a family vacation or friendly gatherings. Guests can enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden, which features a barbecue area, as well as a balcony with an attractive view of the surrounding nature. The nearest beach is located 900m away from the accommodation.
This accommodation unit, which is part of a house, is located on the first floor and is a maisonette that can accommodate ten adults. On the lower level, on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has two single sofa beds. On the upper level, on the second floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds.
The air-conditioned property includes a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, microwave, large fridge with a freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
The veranda and balcony, furnished with seating areas, offer a panoramic view of the sea and the garden. In front of the property, there is a beautifully landscaped garden that includes a comfortable seating area and a designated barbecue area.
