Prassas Sea View Apartments are located in the seaside town of Nea Potidea, at the beginning of the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. Located in the central part, near supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, just 50 meters from the beach, they offer you a pleasant vacation and a real summer atmosphere.
Three-bed studios, four-bed apartments and two-bedroom apartments are available in this facility. They are located on the upper ground floor or on the first floor, and depending on the type of unit, they can accommodate from three to a maximum of six adults.
The studios have a bathroom, a kitchenette and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
Three-bed apartments have a bathroom, a kitchen and a bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a bed for one person, while the four-bed apartment has the same room layout and the bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds.
Apartments with two bedrooms consist of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms of these apartments have one double bed and one bed for one person.
On request, and within the price, a baby cot is also available.
In these air-conditioned units, free Wi-Fi internet, a TV and a hairdryer are at guests’ disposal. All kitchens are equipped with a two-burner stove, in the two-bedroom apartments there is a large refrigerator with a freezer, while in all other units there is a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
All accommodation units in this facility have a balcony, most of which have a view of the sea. The balconies are equipped with a table and chairs for sitting.
Pets are not allowed in this facility.
During the stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleaning the accommodation. For reservations longer than eight nights, guests receive a replacement set of bed linen and towels halfway through their stay, which they change themselves as needed.
Private parking is not provided for guests, but free parking spaces can be found near the building, along the street.
