Our description
Skion Palace Hotel is located on the beach, below the main road in Nea Skioni. It offers 56 air-conditioned rooms for 2-6 people and service on bed and breakfast and half board basis. Amenities include a swimming pool, umbrellas, deck chairs and private parking space.
The nearest market and bakery are 3km away, as well as the center of Nea Skioni.
The accommodation units (30-32m2) have double or single beds, TV and a hairdryer. There are also six suites (the living area is separated by a wall without doors) with one double and a sofa bed. The bathrooms have a bathtub or shower with a curtain.
Towel replacement and cleaning are performed every day.
The internet is available only in public areas.
Upon request, pets up to 3kg are allowed and additionally charged.

The 4-stars hotel by the sea, Skion Palace, with a huge green area ideal for every person who wants to have a luxury relax, is located in Nea Skioni’s natural and tranquil beauty area where the fresh fish is the symbol of this beautiful village in Kassandra, Halkidiki. A small earthly paradise is waiting to welcome every guest would like to visit it and feel the hospitality of a more than a 4-star hotel.
The swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, and the endless view with the sense of privacy and calmness are some of the advantages that this hotel provides. It is a real centrepiece ideally located in the heart of nature amid small verdant hills, sandy organized beach with small pebbles and the crystal clear waters of the blue sea dominating around it.
It is only 85km away from Thessaloniki airport and 100km from Thessaloniki city center. At the same time, it is in a short distance from the areas of Hanioti and Pefkohori with many entertainment options where soul meets the heart of Kassandra peninsula. We must also mention that Skion Palace is 'round 10km far from the area of Loutra Agias Paraskevis with natural medicinal springs and moreover, you have the chance to visit the famous beach bars in the well known sandy beaches of Paliouri.

Enjoy a unique stay experience with a partner, friends or family in one of our two-bedroom suites. Located on the ground floor, covering an area between 55 and 60m2 and offering views of the garden, olive trees and well-tended shrubs and flowers the suites accommodate groups and families with up to four children. Enjoy your coffee or pastries while sitting on the balcony and taking in the wonderful sense of harmony. Maximum room capacity: six guests, maximum adults: three.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night for two adults on bed and breakfast (BB) and half board basis (HB). Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
REMARK
- The remaining balance should be paid not later 15 days before arrival.
- The first child aged from 0-13,99 years, stays free of charge in Superior and Family Bungalow.
- WiFi internet is free of charge in public places.
- The safe box on reception is free of charge.
- A pool set is available free of charge.
- The beach and pool towels are available with a deposit.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
