Accommodation description

Treat yourself to a heavenly vacation at the seaside and surrounded by forest with birds singing. Located in a quiet and comfortable place between two major towns of Nea Skioni and Furka.

Two storey villa has a sea view and three separate bedrooms. Accommodation is for up to 6 peoples (5 adults and 1 child).

First floor - separate kitchen with air conditioning, toilet, washing machine, living room with large leather sofa, home cinema, satellite TV and internet.

Second floor - three bedrooms of which two are with balcony and sea view. Two bedrooms have double bed, and a third one garden and a sea side view from the balcony, one sofa bed for one person and one bathroom.

Plot area of more than 2000m2 and its own private access to the sea, as well as electric blinds and retractable canopy on the terrace in front of the house from the sea. It features a barbecue. Baby cot is available free of charge on request.

For all reservations, there is a mandatory surcharge for the cleaning service (after chek-out) at the time of booking.

Important information

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Note

Upon guests’ arrival, a security deposit of 100€ is mandatory to cover potential damages. The deposit will be refunded to guests if no damage is incurred during their stay.
