Our description
Maria-Christina Apartments is a renovated (2018) accommodation on a rocky beach in Nea Skioni. The nearest organized sandy beach is about 150m away. The accommodation has seven spacious and clean apartments, for 2-6 persons. Three duplex apartments also have beautiful sea view.
The nearest market and bakery are located about 500m away.
The facility was built in 2012.
There are three duplex apartments (60-65m2). They have two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a living room with two sofa beds and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and stove. Other apartments (40m2) have one separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen with a small fridge and small stove.
All units are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV, mosquito nets and terrace with awning.
Towels and bed linen are changed every four days, while the hygiene in the apartments is maintained by the guests.
Private parking is not provided, but guests can park close by.
To find the accommodation, after turning into Nea Skioni, head down to the sea, to the street that is parallel to the sea. Turn right and continue straight, until on the left (400m from the center) you see Maria-Christina Apartments.
Maria-Christina Apartments is a great choice for those who want accommodation in a quiet location, away from the city noise and close to all amenities offered by Nea Skioni.

Owners description
Maria-Christina has ten duplex apartments and four single-room apartments, fully equipped with all the necessary for unique moments of relaxation.
In two bedroom apartments there are two French beds in the bedrooms and one folding sofa suitable for two children. A total of six people can sleep in the apartment.
In single-room apartments can sleep two adults on a French bed and two children on a sofa bed in the living room.
Each has air conditioning, a kitchen with a fridge, a bathroom with a hair dryer, a TV and the view that is offered is unique!
Parking is available in public areas. In addition, the verdant garden is ideal for enjoying the summer sunset!
The apartments are just 500 meters from the center of Nea Skioni and the harbor, where you can enjoy your coffee or taste fresh fish in the traditional taverns. 5km away are the thermal baths, as well as a spa.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Вила је била прелепа,на савршеној локацији поред мора.Домаћини су били веома љубазни и увек вољни да помогну.Сама вила се налазила на плажи и били смо са малом бебом и највише нам се допало што смо могли одмах да се вратимо до виле, а када смо пожелели да идемо на плажу, нисмо морали да носимо играчке, лежаљке, сунцобране.Оно што нам се није допало је став гостију из друге Виле Лемонис. Гости из виле Мариа Кристина и вила Лемонис користе једну заједничку плажу. Па све време док смо били на плажи, говорим о Грцима, су били бахати према нама, као да је ово приватна плажа шта тражиш овде, одлази.Осећали смо се непожељно и кад год би дошли на плажу ми смо одмах отишли. Као што сам поменуо, били смо са малом бебом, можда им то им се није допало.Оно што се тамо догодило оставило је црни траг на нашем одмору
