Description
Maria-Christina Apartments is a renovated (2018) accommodation on a rocky beach in Nea Skioni. The nearest organized sandy beach is about 150m away. The accommodation has seven spacious and clean apartments, for 2-6 persons. Three duplex apartments also have beautiful sea view.
The nearest market and bakery are located about 500m away.
The facility was built in 2012.
Duplex apartments (60-65m2) have two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a living room with two sofa beds and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and stove.
All units are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV, mosquito nets and terrace with awning.
Towels and bed linen are changed every four days, while the hygiene in the apartments is maintained by the guests.
Private parking is not provided, but guests can park close by.
To find the accommodation, after turning into Nea Skioni, head down to the sea, to the street that is parallel to the sea. Turn right and continue straight, until on the left (400m from the center) you see Maria-Christina Apartments.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobar dan, imate li apartman koji je na spratu i gleda na more,za 1.odraslu osobu i 2 deteta uzrasta 6 i 9 god. , vreme ostanka je 10 noci, a sto se tice datuma, fleksibilni smo, sve sto je od kraja jula od 29.7 pa do 12. 8 ., dolazi u obzir,znaci da dodjemo najkasnije 12.8. Takodje imamo pitanje ,da li dozvoljavate kucne ljubimce, imamo psa srednje rase koji je miran i retko kada laje. Prosle godine amo takodje isli preko vase agencije i bili smo jako zadovoljni sa .
