Description
Holiday Houses is a complex (built in 2009) with six fully and modernly furnished houses for a maximum of nine people. The beach is 300m away, and other amenities include a beautifully landscaped and enclosed yard with a children's corner and private parking for all guests.
The accommodation is located above the main road, about 2km from the center of Nea Skioni. The nearest market and bakery are at a distance of 2km.
On the ground floor of each house (150m2), there are two bedrooms (with one double and two single beds), a bathroom (with bathtub and a curtain), a living room and a kitchen. In the living room, there are two couches, a TV and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large fridge and a stove. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a bathroom (with a shower and a curtain).
All houses are air-conditioned (on the ground and the upper floor), they have a TV, mosquito nets and washing machine.
Replacement of towels and bed linen is done after four days, while the hygiene in the house is maintained by the guests themselves.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

- Prices refer to eight persons.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello, We looking for a villa or apartments for three families - 6 adults and 5 kids for the period 01. 09.-08.09.2023 as one of the families would like to stay for 9 nights from 01. 09-10.09 We have two kind dogs and prefer there to be a yard with outdoor barbecue. We are 3 families from Romania ( 1 family- 2 adults,1 kid of 16 years old , 2 family- 2 adults and 1 kid of 11 years old, 3 family - 2 adults, 1 kid of 13 yeras) and we are interested by 3 rooms in a period that I menioned(28/29/30.07 - 04/05/06.08.2018).
