Our description

Holiday Houses is a complex (built in 2009) with six fully and modernly furnished houses for a maximum of nine people. The beach is 300m away, and other amenities include a beautifully landscaped and enclosed yard with a children's corner and private parking for all guests.

The accommodation is located above the main road, about 2km from the center of Nea Skioni. The nearest market and bakery are at a distance of 2km.

On the ground floor of each house (150m2), there are two bedrooms (with one double and two single beds), a bathroom (with bathtub and a curtain), a living room and a kitchen. In the living room, there are two couches, a TV and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large fridge and a stove. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a bathroom (with a shower and a curtain).

All houses are air-conditioned (on the ground and the upper floor), they have a TV, mosquito nets and washing machine.

Replacement of towels and bed linen is done after four days, while the hygiene in the house is maintained by the guests themselves.
