Description
Lemoni Studios is the accommodation in a quiet street, 20m from the center and 120m from the beach in Nea Skioni.
They offer comfortable and spacious triple studios on the first floor, with a kitchenette (mini-stove with oven and fridge), bathroom with a shower tzb, air conditioning, LCD TV and WiFi internet.
The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and it's suitable only for preparing light meals. If you are planning to prepare a variety of meals, we suggest you bring an extra pot, large knife, kitchen cloth, a dash etc.
Replacement of bed linen is after five days, i.e. on the sixth day, guests will receive clean sheets and change it themselves. During the stay, guests themselves clean and maintain the accommodation unit and take out the garbage. When leaving the accommodation unit, they are obliged to leave it clean.
Although they have no private parking, it's possible to parkin a radius of 100m.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
