Accommodation description
Lemoni Maisonettes is the accommodation in Nea Skioni, just 20m from the beach and 100m from the marina and center.
They offer spacious maisonettes for 5-6 people. On the lower level, there’s a bedroom with three single beds and wardrobe, a living room with a spacious kitchen with a large fridge and a standard stove with oven, air conditioning, LCD TV and a bathroom with shower cabin. On the upper level, there’s a bedroom with three beds, a dressing room and a balcony. There is a grassy part with a sitting set in the front side of the villa.
The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and it’s suitable only for preparing light meals. If you are planning to prepare a variety of meals, we suggest you bring an extra pot, large knife, kitchen cloth, a dash etc.
Replacement of bed linen is after five days, i.e. on the sixth day, guests will receive clean sheets and change it themselves. During the stay, guests themselves clean and maintain the accommodation unit and take out the garbage. When leaving the accommodation unit, they are obliged to leave it clean.
The beach can be reached by a private passageway.
Although they have no private parking, it’s possible to park in the street above the house or in free public parking in the marina.
Lemoni Maisonettes is the ideal accommodation for one large or two smaller families.

The apartment boasts a perfect location, just 30 steps from a small beach, featuring a gradual entry into the water that is suitable for young children as well as swimmers, given that the shallow area is not too extensive. There are three spacious terraces furnished with outdoor seating. A tap in front of the apartment allows for rinsing off sand before entering. The newer mattresses are exceptionally comfortable, and clean bedding and towels are provided on the sixth day. The rooms are spacious yet modestly equipped. The large kitchen is complemented by a sizable combined refrigerator, though a drawback is the limited number of dishes, considering it accommodates six guests. The bathroom poses the biggest issue, as it is quite small, with a wobbly toilet and a sink that leaked water. The air conditioning unit is located in the corner of the upper floor, leaving the lower room without cooling options.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

REMARK
- The minimum stay is nine nights.
- The first and second child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receive a discount of 20€ per shift. The third child up to two years old, accompanied by two adults, receives a discount of 10€ per shift. The maximum number of discounts for children is three per accommodation unit.
