Description
Lemoni Maisonettes is the accommodation in Nea Skioni, just 20m from the beach and 100m from the marina and center.
They offer spacious maisonettes for 5-6 people. On the lower level, there's a bedroom with three single beds and wardrobe, a living room with a spacious kitchen with a large fridge and a standard stove with oven, air conditioning, LCD TV and a bathroom with shower cabin. On the upper level, there's a bedroom with three beds, a dressing room and a balcony. There is a grassy part with a sitting set in the front side of the villa.
The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and it's suitable only for preparing light meals. If you are planning to prepare a variety of meals, we suggest you bring an extra pot, large knife, kitchen cloth, a dash etc.
Replacement of bed linen is after five days, i.e. on the sixth day, guests will receive clean sheets and change it themselves. During the stay, guests themselves clean and maintain the accommodation unit and take out the garbage. When leaving the accommodation unit, they are obliged to leave it clean.
The beach can be reached by a private passageway.
Although they have no private parking, it's possible to park in the street above the house or in free public parking in the marina.
Lemoni Maisonettes is the ideal accommodation for one large or two smaller families.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
