Villa Ellea is situated in the bay of Anemi Beach, about 2km away from Nea Skioni, Kassandreia, Chalkidiki.
This beautiful bay is a wonderful place to have rest - it's away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby cities and villages and allows for a quiet time-off on the sandy and well maintained beach underneath the shadow of the gorgeous olive trees. In the meantime, adjacent to the villa is the 5-star complex of Anastasia Xenios Resort. In case of interest, its services which include beach bar, swimming pool, restaurant, water sports and tennis court could be used as well (hotel rates & conditions apply).
Villa Ellea is part of a cozy complex consisting of very beautiful and well-kept houses within a freshly green park environment. The villa is independent from the others with an exclusive access to a garden which is approx. 50 metres away from the sea. It has been furnished with the aim to offer comfort for the perfect rest for all visitors. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
