Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description
Melivia Sea Front Resort is a new accommodation complex in the village of Nea Skioni, located on the southwest of the Kassandra peninsula, intended for individuals over the age of 10 and boasting an enchanting view of the sea. Guests can enjoy swimming at the beach right below the accommodation complex, accessed by stairs, or at the central beach in Nea Skioni, approximately 650m away.
Casa Bianca, a ground-floor house designed to accommodate up to four adults and two children over 10 years old, features two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa for two in the living room with a kitchen. The living room is air-conditioned, while ceiling fans are present in the bedrooms. There are three bathrooms available. In front of the entrance, there is a veranda with seating set and a partial sea view. In the courtyard, guests have access to a private pool with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
Casa Petra, a ground-floor house characterized by natural stone in its structure, was once a fishing house with direct sea access, fully renovated while maintaining its traditional features. It is suitable for up to four adults and two children over 10 years old. The first room upon entering the house is an air-conditioned open-plan living room with a sofa, kitchen and bathroom. In the office area at the entrance, an extra folding bed is set up for another child. There are two bedrooms with ceiling fans and double beds, one of which has a private bathroom. Casa Petra is located right by the sea with a private pool measuring 4x7m, sun loungers and a veranda with seating set under the shade of an old olive tree.
Casa del Sol, a luxurious ground-floor house overlooking the Aegean Sea and the port of Nea Skioni, is designed to accommodate six adults and two children over 10 years old. It includes a spacious air-conditioned living room with two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, four bathrooms in total, two bedrooms with ceiling fans and double beds, as well as a separate bedroom with its own entrance, double bed, private bathroom, TV and air conditioning. Casa del Sol is situated right by the sea and features a veranda with seating and sun loungers.
Among the amenities in these apartments are a hairdryer, washing machine (in Casa del Sol), flat-screen TV, WiFi, safety deposit box, and toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen in all apartments includes a large fridge with a freezer, four ceramic hobs, a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and a coffee maker (filter or espresso). All bathrooms have walk-in showers with glass screens.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
Public parking is available nearby the accommodation for guests.
