Pejic Guest House is located in an excellent location, in a quiet environment, not far from Paliouri, only 600 meters from the beautiful Xenia Beach. The location of the property provides an ideal balance between proximity to the sea and complete privacy, which makes it an excellent choice for guests who want a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The accommodation is located on a spacious estate surrounded by greenery, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, so it provides a feeling of isolation and a complete atmosphere of being in nature. The large yard and open space around the house allow guests to enjoy fresh air, privacy, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. Paliouri is one of the most beautiful traditional places on Kassandra, known for its authentic ambience, hospitality, and excellent taverns. In the immediate vicinity, there are also popular resorts such as Pefkohori and Hanioti, which are easily accessible by car, so guests can also enjoy the rich tourist content of this part of Halkidiki.

The offer is the whole house, which is rented out as one accommodation unit. According to its structure, it is a maisonette spread over three levels and can accommodate a maximum of eight adults. The entrance to the accommodation is on the ground floor, where there is a living room with a kitchen. Stairs lead to the gallery on the first floor, where there is a double bed and a bathroom. From the living room on the ground floor, stairs lead to the lower level, in the basement, where there is another living room, one bedroom, and another bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom, in the living room in the basement, there are two beds for one person, while in the living room on the ground floor, there are two sofas for each person.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, a Smart TV in the living room and bedroom, a hair dryer, a washing machine, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. Additional comfort is provided by the ceiling fan.

Guests can relax on the private veranda, equipped with seating, enjoy preparing a meal on the private grill, or spend time in the spacious yard filled with greenery, which provides pleasant shade and a beautiful view of the sea.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests independently maintain the hygiene of the apartment, which allows them complete freedom to adapt their daily duties to their own rhythm and habits. Replacement sets of bed linen and towels are not provided within the accommodation, but guests can ask the owner to bring them when the need arises.

Guests are provided with a parking space in front of the accommodation itself, which enables simple and practical parking, as well as additional convenience during the entire stay.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
