Seaside Breeze Apartments is located in Paralia Dionisiou, a small village, at the beginning of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki, which has all the facilities needed for a peaceful family vacation, in the first row to the beach, from which it is only a few steps and the footpath that is needed get across.

Apartments with two bedrooms, which are located on the first floor of a residential building that does not have an elevator, can accommodate a maximum of five adults. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom, there are two beds for one person, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person.

On request, within the price, a baby cot and a high chair for feeding babies are available.

Within this air-conditioned accommodation, in which there is a cooling unit in the living room while there is a ceiling fan in the bedrooms, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a smart flat-screen TV with Netflix streaming platform, a hairdryer, a private bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with a small stove with two hotplates and a small oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and standard fridge with freezer chamber, while only one apartment has a large fridge with freezer.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea on the furnished balcony.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided upon arrival, is done by the guests themselves.

A parking space is provided for guests of two apartments, while a parking space is not provided for guests of one apartment, but there is always a free parking space near the accommodation.

Seaside Breeze Apartments is located 14 km from Nea Potidea, 51 km from the popular resort of Pefkochori, and 48 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
