Our description
Kripis Studios Pefkohori is the accommodation at 70m from the center, across the street from the pastry shop Mon Amour. They offer two maisonettes with a gallery and three apartments for a maximum of five people. Private parking is also available.
The nearest supermarket and bakery are only 20m away.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, hairdryer, safe box and mosquito nets. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge and stove, while the bathroom has a shower cabin. Laundry service is available for a fee.
Cleaning is performed every day, while towels are replaced after two nights.

Parking is possible in the surrounding streets. Private parking is provided for guests, which is located 750m away from the accommodation.

Owner description
Kripis Studios is the accommodation in the center of Pefkohori, very close to the beach (70m), next to cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery and pastry shop. It offers furnished apartments with a kitchen and A/C. The apartments are available as single, double and quadruple, with the possibility to add another bed and baby cot in some rooms.
The apartments are spacious and accommodate families and groups of 4-5 people. They have a kitchen with refrigerator and stove, big balcony, air-conditioning, TV and free internet.
There are four accommodation units on the first floor and one on the ground floor. Loft studios (maisonettes) nο. 1 and 2, i.e. apartments nο. 3 and 4 are on the first floor, while apartment no. 5 is on the ground floor.
Split-level studios (maisonettes) no. 1 and no. 2 (35m2) have one double and two single beds. Amenities include a terrace, fax, TV, safe box, A/C, iron, fan, soundproofing, tile/marble floor, wardrobe, clothes rack, hairdryer, bathrobe, free toiletries, bathroom, slippers, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, dining table, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, towels, bed linen and free WiFi internet. The upper floor is accessible by stairs only.
Apartments no. 3 and no. 4 (35m2) on the first floor, have one double bed in the bedroom and one single and a sofa bed in a living room. Amenities include a terrace, TV, safe box, A/C, fan, tile/marble floor, wardrobe, free toiletries, bathroom, slippers, kitchenette, refrigerator, electric kettle, kitchenware, coffee machine, dining table, outdoor furniture, towels, bed linen and free WiFi internet.
Apartment no. 5 (35m2) on the ground floor, with patio, has a large double bed in the bedroom and one single and a sofa bed in the living room. Amenities include patio, TV, safe box, A/C, fan, tile/marble floor, wardrobe, bathroom, kitchenette, refrigerator, dining area, electric kettle, kitchenware, coffee machine and free WiFi internet.
Kindly note that the road in front of Kripis Studios is closed for cars from 19:00 till early in the morning. Guests can leave their luggage at the reception and then park a little bit further, as parking is not allowed in front of the property.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 3 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Jedina mana je sto apartman nema svoj parking blizu. Tj. parking koji ima je podalje pa smo mi nasli privatni parking na nekoliko koraka od smestaja (naravno privatni parking se placa). Druga solucija je da se nadje parking na ulici (jako tesko, bas je guzva) ili da se parkira na tom parkingu koji smestaj obezbedjuje. Sve ostalo je pozitivno: Izuzetno cisto i uredno. Pod ovim mislim hotelski cisto. Prezadovoljni smo, svaki dan je apartman brisan od strane cistacice. Takodje svaki dan se menjaju peskiri i stvari u kupatilu (toalet papir, tecni sapun,...). Posteljina je menjana svaki drugi dan. Zaista za svaku pohvalu. Smestaj se nalazi u centru a opet ne cuje se buka navece. Do plaze ima nekih 50 metara tako da se s plaze moze brzo skoknuti do sobe po potrebi u toku dana (npr. WC i slicno). Marketi, picerije, restorani su na 15 metara od apartmana, prakticno sve je na dohvat ruke. Apartmani imaju ogromne terase, komarnike, klima uredjaje, odlican WiFi internet. Cistacica nam je svaki dan posle ciscenja ukljucivala klimu tako da nas je apartman popodne docekao rashladjen. Lep gest i vidi se da vlasnici ljudski posluju. Kuhinjica je mala, ima mali frizider. Nije za neko vece kuvanje ali dovoljno za spremanje dorucka, kafe i slicno. Escajg, posudje i slicno je kvalitetno. Da je parking koji su obezbezbedili blize ovo bi bila cista 10-ka.
