The accommodation includes double, triple, and quadruple studios, located in two separate villas. Each studio consists of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. The double studios have two single beds, the triple studios have three single beds, and the quadruple studios have four single beds.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests amenities such as a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. A laundry service is available for an additional fee.

A baby crib is available upon request and free of charge.

Guests can relax and enjoy the balcony or veranda, furnished with seating, or spend time in the large, landscaped courtyard, which features a swimming pool, a poolside bar, sun loungers, a gazebo, and a shared barbecue area.

Pets are allowed in the accommodation.

A guaranteed parking space is provided for guests right in front of the accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the change of bed linen, is done every fifth day, while the change of towels is done every third day. Additional cleaning services are available at an extra charge.

Habitat Villa is located 15 km from the island’s capital, Corfu. Some of the most beautiful nearby beaches include Ipsos Beach (3 km), Kontokali Beach (9 km), and Barbati Beach (7 km). The nearest airport, Ioannis Kapodistrias Airport in Corfu, is 17 km away.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
