Description
Stella Villa is a renovated accommodation outside Pefkohori, going from Thessaloniki to Palouri on the right side of the highway. The house has two comfortable duplex apartments for six people each. Because it has only two units, it is perfect for guests who want privacy, and since they are large suites, it is great for two families who want to stay together. The amenities that this accommodation offers are also a large, fenced yard, with plenty of greenery, trees and shade, a portable grill and private parking for two cars.
Accommodation is located 300m from the nearest beach, 500m from the nearest minimarket, larger markets and bakeries are in the center of Pefkohori, 4km away, and the nearest restaurant is 100m away. The villa is 1km away from Xenia Beach.
The apartments are 80-85m2. One is on the first floor and the other is on the second floor. Both are air-conditioned (one air conditioner in each room), have internet, TV, hair dryer and large terraces (the lower apartment has a larger terrace than the upper one) overlooking the greenery. The kitchens of both apartments are fully equipped, with a large fridge and stove, and the first floor apartment has also a microwave. The second floor apartment has a washing machine. A baby cot is available on request, when booking.
The first floor apartment in the living room has a double sofa bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one with a double bed in the other. The bathroom has a shower.
The second floor apartment in the living room has a sofa for one person, one bedroom has a double bed, and the other bedroom has one standard double bed and one double bed smaller than the standard. The bathroom of this apartment has a shower with a curtain.
The bedrooms of both apartments are located on the opposite side of the main road, so it's not noisy in them.
The bathrooms of both apartments are lifted one step.
During the stay guests take care of the hygiene of the units themselves, towels and bed linen are changed in agreement with the owner, but only if it is a stay longer than five days.
In the yard there is a large swing and two deck chairs, a faucet with hose, as well as parking for two vehicles. For a couple more cars, there is room in the front yard, along the highway.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Odlican smestaj sa ljubaznim domacinima. Komotno, dobro opremljeno i lako dostupno. Plaza Ksenija je na 1km odatle (pozeljno ici kolima ipak). Preporuka!

Koliko je smeštaj udaljen od plaže i zanima me za porodicu od sedam odraslih osoba za termin od 05.08.2018 godine u trajanju od deset dana koja bi bila cena.
