Description
Petar Apartment is located in a quiet part of Pefkohori, close to all amenities. It is a renovated and comfortable accommodation and it can accommodate up to five people. It is located in a private apartment complex, in a small landscaped yard, surrounded by greenery. Guests are welcome all year round.
The sandy beach and the center are about 200m away, while 50m from the accommodation is a supermarket.
This apartment is located on the first floor and occupies an area of about 50m2. It consists of a bedroom with one double bed and a folding armchair, and it has another room (kitchen with living room) with a sofa bed that is suitable for two adults.
The kitchen is fully equipped - it has stove with oven, big refrigerator with freezer, as well as the necessary utensils for food preparation. The kitchen / living room opens onto a large terrace overlooking the courtyard.
The renovated bathroom has a large bathtub with a curtain.
The apartment is air conditioned, it has internet access, TV, hair dryer and mosquito nets.
During the stay, guests are in charge of maintaining the hygiene of the apartment. Also, there is a clean set of bed linen that guests change as needed. Towels are not provided in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
There is no private parking, so guests park their cars in front of supermarket Masoutis or in the street where there is a plot where everyone parks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
