Hotel Description
Family apartment is a modern equipped accommodation, located in the center, close to all amenities. It is located in a quiet street, 80m from the sea and 30m from the “Silvio” market. It is located on the ground floor and has its own yard under the shade of vines, where you have at your disposal an outdoor shower and barbecue, as well as garden furniture and a swing.
The apartment has two bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom and veranda from which you can exit into the courtyard. The first bedroom has a sofa bed (dimensions 160x200) suitable for two people, while the second room also has a sofa bed of the same dimensions and a bunk bed (80x200), so four people can sleep in this room. In the living room there is a sofa bed (160x200). The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils; has a refrigerator with freezer, stove with hob and oven. There is another stove with an oven in the veranda. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hairdryer and iron. The windows have shutters and mosquito nets, and guests have at their disposal a large LCD TV with Serbian channels, air conditioning and internet.
Guests maintain their own hygiene in the apartment during their stay. Bed linen is changed in the middle of the stay. Towels are not provided.
Private parking does not exist, so guests park on the street in front of the accommodation.
