Owners description
Pefki Apartment is a modernly equipped accommodation in Pefkohori.
It is located 80m from the beach and 50m from the bakery Lemonis below the highway. It is located on the semi - ground floor. It has two bedrooms plus a living room with kitchen. It can accommodate up to eight people. In the living room there is a big sofa bed, as well as a reclining armchair.
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, has a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, stove, refrigerator, freezer. One bedroom has a double bed 160x200 and the other a bed 90x200cm. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (the lower bed measures 120x200 and the upper 90x200).
The terrace is spacious with a dining table as well as a stove for cooking outside.
The apartment doesn't have his own parking lot, but 50m away is a city parking where you can always find a place.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
