Owners description
Mirko Apartment is accommodation in the center of Pefkohori. It is located next to the Rialto pizzeria on the street that leads to the beach. It is 110m from the sea. The apartment was renovated in 2023.
It has two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen and a comfortable bathroom.
Both bedrooms open onto the terrace. It can host a maximum of four people. The apartment is air-conditioned, has a TV, hair dryer and internet, which is available only to the guests of this apartment.Towels are not provided. Guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the apartment during their stay. Bed linen is changed in agreement with the host if the stay is longer than ten days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
