Owners description
Anastasia Mare Studios is located in Pefkohori on the Kassandra peninsula, just 100 meters from Pefkohori beach. It offers complimentary WiFi, a barbecue, a manicured garden, and free private parking.
This family complex consists of six studios, two of which are situated on each level, and can accommodate a maximum of four people - either two adults and two children or three adults and one child.
The ground floor studios have direct access to the garden, making them suitable for individuals with disabilities or small children who wish to play. The studios on the second floor provide views of the Aegean Sea.
Each unit features a French bed, a sofa, a seating area, a TV with satellite channels, a kitchen equipped with a stove, a kettle, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a glass shower cabin and a hairdryer.
The garden is well-maintained and secure, allowing children to play without worry.
Pets are allowed on the premises.
Anastasia Mare Studios offers bicycle and car rental services.
Hanioti beach is located 1.3km from the accommodation, and the nearest airport is in Thessaloniki, 96km away from Anastasia Mare Studios. Shuttle service to and from the airport is available for an additional fee.

Discount
For reservations for period from 15.05.2024 to 10.06.2024, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Adult is a person older than 12 years.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
