Seagull Villa is located on the southeastern coast of Kassandra, between Pefkohori and Paliouri, which is 350m from the natural lagoon of Glarokavos and the Golden Beach, while other famous beaches are 5-10 minutes away by car. There is a fish tavern 80m from the accommodation, and the nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away.

The villa is spread over three levels and is designed to accommodate ten people. The first level, which is located in the semi-basement, has a separate entrance and consists of a living room with a small kitchen, two bedrooms that are connected to each other and between them there is a bathroom. On the first level there is a living room with kitchen and dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom. The second level is reached by stairs and has two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a double bed in each bedroom.

Within this spacious villa guests have available cooling units in four bedrooms and living room on the first floor, WiFi internet, TV, exercise bike, Power Plate and Step exercise machine, table tennis table, washing machine, fully equipped a kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, a four-burner stove and a large oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a kettle, while a small kitchen in the semi-basement contains dishes, a fridge and a stovetop.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the yard on one of the two balconies equipped with seating set.

Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation and peace in this beautifully decorated and maintained yard. Your little ones can have fun on the swings, slide or basketball court.

The stay of pets in this accommodation is allowed upon request and with an additional charge.

Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as changing towels and bed linen, an additional set of which is provided. A cleaning service can be organized at the guests’ request for an additional fee.

A parking space in the courtyard is provided for the guests of the accommodation.

The nearest airport is located in Thessaloniki and is 100km from Seagull Villa, while the center of Pefkohori is 5km away, and the center of Hanioti is 9km away.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
