Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Elysium Suite is located in the coastal town of Nikiana, on the beautiful island of Lefkada. This luxury apartment is part of the complex and offers you a comfortable and pleasant vacation with an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony with a view of the Ionian Sea and the surrounding area. It is an ideal choice for everyone who wants to relax as well as visit the numerous famous and enchanting beaches of this island. It is only 2.3 km from Pasa beach, 2.5 km from Perijali beach and 4 km from Nikiana beach.
This apartment, which can host four adults, is entered on the ground floor level, but due to the construction on a sloping ground, its balcony is located on the first floor level. It has a living room, one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.
In this air-conditioned facility, where air conditioners are located in the living room and in the bedroom, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
The balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the pool, yard, sea and surroundings, is equipped with seating.
A shared pool with sunbeds is available for guests to enjoy and relax.
Pets are not allowed in this facility.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.
