Parking space is not provided, guests can park in the surrounding streets.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The guarantee deposit for families traveling with pets is 100 euros and is returned if no damage has occurred during the stay in the accommodation.
Upon guests’ arrival, a security deposit of 100€ is mandatory to cover potential damages. The deposit will be refunded to guests if no damage is incurred during their stay.
In this accommodation, for the cleaning service of the accommodation after the departure of the guests, an additional payment of 50€ per reservation is mandatory.
