Beach Front Apartment is located in the most popular and historically rich tourist destination, Pefkohori, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, just 60m from the beach. The accommodation unit is open throughout the year.
The apartment, situated on the first floor of a residential building, can accommodate up to five people. The unit consists of one bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the living room features a sofa bed for two and a single bed.
In this air-conditioned apartment, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic hob, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with curtain.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
