Pavlos Silver Villa is located in a peaceful part of Pefkohori, just a ten-minute walk from the town center, towards Paljurija. It is surrounded by a fenced yard filled with greenery. The nearest beach is 350 meters away, a 5-minute walk from where the town beach ends.
The accommodation consists of six apartments that can accommodate up to four people and are located on the high ground floor or first floor. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace. The living room has a sofa bed for two people and a TV. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space, a dressing table, and a TV. Both the living room and the bedroom lead to a large terrace with a table and chairs. Each apartment has its own bathroom with a shower and a glass shower screen.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
