Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Tessa Sea House apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and is located near the beach in Hanioti.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. In the extension and three steps above there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom.
A cot is also available to guests, upon request, and this service is not charged separately.
The apartment has two spacious and equipped verandas, one from the living room, and the other from the bedroom.
It is equipped with bed linen, towels, air conditioning, flat TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi internet, dishwasher and washing machine, and iron and ironing board are available on request.
Guests independently take care of the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and changing bed linen and towels is possible with an agreement and an additional charge.
The house has a landscaped yard, and the beach is only 50 meters away.
Guests can park in the vicinity of the accommodation, and public parking is 100m away.
