Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

One of the most popular accommodations for Neos MarmarasPara Thin Alos Inn Rooms & Apartments is an accommodation on the beach, at about 2km from Neos Marmaras. It is located in a pleasant ambience, surrounded by greenery and natural shade. It's modestly equipped, but it's decent and neat, with everything that's necessary for a pleasant stay.
The small beach in front of the accommodation is narrow, sandy-pebbly and suitable for children, with accessible and gradual entrance to the water, reached after a few stairs down. The nearest supermarket and bakery are about 1,5 km away.
Para Thin Alos Inn Rooms & Apartments consists of six studios and one apartment. The apartment and one double studio are on the first floor, while all other accommodation units are located on the ground floor.
The studios (25-35m2) are for 2-4 persons and they have double and single beds. The quadruple apartment (55m2) has two double beds, one in a separate bedroom and one more in a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a large refrigerator, hotplates, TV, WiFi internet and mosquito nets. Balconies are equipped with a sitting set and a laundry dryer. An auxiliary bed and a baby cot can be added in some of the accommodation units. Pets are allowed upon request. Guests enter into the clean accommodation units and during their stay maintain hygiene themselves (provided with the necessary accessories). Towels and bed linen are replaced at half of stay.
The yard is surrounded by pine trees which implies a lot of natural shade. There are a café bar, barbecue and a large parking lot available in the yard. The guests are provided with sunbeds on the beach.
The accommodation is located under the main road, on the right side, about 16km after Nikiti.
Para Thin Alos Inn Rooms & Apartments could be a good choice for families with children and for those looking for a peaceful holiday in a beach house, away from the crowd.
