Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Kamil's Residence is located on the eastern coast of Kassandra, in the village of Glarokavos, not far from Pefkohori. It is 800 meters away from the beach and 5 kilometers from the center of Pefkohori. The accommodation is set in a tranquil environment, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment, both for a single family and for multiple families or groups of friends.
The accommodation unit can accommodate 10 adults and two children and is structured as a three-level maisonette. On the first level, in the basement, there are two bedrooms and a living room. One bedroom has a double bed and a sofa for two people, the other bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for one person and a folding armchair. On the second level, on the high ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom. The living room has two beds for two people. On the third level, on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed.
The air-conditioned unit includes a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
On the spacious balcony with seating area, guests can enjoy the view of the garden and the sea in the distance. There is a non-functional pool in the garden.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation at no extra cost.
Guests are provided with a private parking space.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay and are provided with a set of fresh linens and towels. There is a mandatory cleaning service after guests check out, which is charged separately.
Kamil's Residence is 3km away from Xenia Beach, 13km from Polihrono, and 100km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
