Elegant 1 Maisonette is located on the eastern coast of Kassandra, in the village of Glarokavos, not far from Pefkohori. It is 800 meters away from the beach and 5 kilometers from the center of Pefkohori. The accommodation is set in a tranquil environment, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment, both for a single family and for multiple families or groups of friends.

The accommodation unit can accommodate eight adults and four children up to 12 years and is structured as a three-level maisonette. On the first level, in the basement, there are two bedrooms and a living room. One bedroom has a double bed and a sofa for two people, the other bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for one person and a folding armchair. On the second level, on the high ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom. The living room has two beds for two people. On the third level, on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed.

The air-conditioned unit includes a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

On the spacious balcony with seating area, guests can enjoy the view of the garden and the sea in the distance. Guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends. There is a non-functional pool in the garden.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation at no extra cost.

Guests are provided with a private parking space.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay and are provided with a set of fresh linens and towels. There is a mandatory cleaning service after guests check out, which is charged separately.

Policies

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
