Dream Maisonette is located at the entrance of one of the most popular resorts, Pefkohori, on the Kassandra peninsula, just 40m from the sandy beach. The accommodation is set in a peaceful environment perfect for relaxation and enjoyment, while the enchanting view makes it ideal for those seeking a tranquil vacation.

The accommodation unit can accommodate seven adults and is structured as a maisonette. On the ground floor, on the first level, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The living room features a sofa for two people. On the first floor, on the second level, there are a bathroom and two bedrooms with a double bed. In the attic, on the third level, there is a bedroom with a sofa for one person.

The air-conditioned unit includes a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a microwave.

From the veranda and balcony, equipped with a seating set, there is a partial sea view and a view of the garden.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in front of the accommodation.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay and have at their disposal a set for changing bed linens and towels. There is a mandatory cleaning service after guests check out, which is charged separately.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
