Ioanna Villa is located on the eastern coast of Kassandra, in the village of Glarokavos, not far from Pefkohori. It is situated 50m from the beach and 3km from the center of Pefkohori. The accommodation is set in a peaceful environment, with a magnificent sea view and surrounded by greenery, a perfect place for relaxation and enjoyment.

The accommodation unit can accommodate six adults and is structured as a three-level maisonette. On the first level, in the semi-basement, there is a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. On the second level, on the raised ground floor, there is a living room and a kitchen with a dining table. On the third level, in the attic, there is an open gallery with a double bed and a bathroom.

The air-conditioned unit includes a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with two hobs and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffee machine.

On the spacious balcony, furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and the sea. In the courtyard, there are facilities for children, such as swings, slides, and other toys.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are provided with a private parking space.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, and they have at their disposal a set for changing bed linen and towels. In this accommodation, there is a mandatory cleaning service after guests’ departure, which is charged additionally.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
